I had a fantastic buying experience at Audi Omaha! My salesperson Greg McDonald was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. His assistant Elijah did an excellent job in orienting me to the vehicle.

Wonderful experience at Audi of Omaha purchasing my Audi A5. Clarke Chandler was exceptionally knowledgeable regarding this model and followed up to make sure delivery was on time and hassle free. Their professional no pressure approach made car buying here a very enjoyable process.

Our Experience with the Purchase of a New Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha We recently purchased the new Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha in Omaha, NE. and could not be happier. The moment we stepped into the dealership we were impressed. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from Greg McDonald, who assisted us throughout the entire process. Greg was friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us, listened to what features we sought , thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions in a way that made us confident about our decision. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured. Financial arrangements were made after we had made our decision on the model , options and color. This too proved to be very fair and seamless. On the day of delivery, Greg again walked us thru all systems of the Q3, integrated our cell phones to the automobile and adjusted preferences for each driver. I have history with this place. Some great, some terrible. Our first Audi ownership experience was with a used 2015 Q5 TDI. Audi Omaha treated us like royalty. Any issues, the extended warranty from the diesel scandal would cover it. I told my wife, they treat us so well, I am certainly buying our next Audi from them. Well, that time came in late 2023. We needed a bigger car, and found a seemingly nice Q7 a few years newer and less miles. Purchased it with a 3 month dealer warranty and I wish we hadn't. I have an Audi scan tool(as any Audi owner outside of warranty should have) and quickly revealed that the PCV valve needed replacing. They reluctantly agreed to do the work. That same code has already come back a little over a year later. I also mentioned to them that the timing chains were rattling badly on start-up. I even sent a video proving so. The then-general manager told me to talk to the lead tech. Lead tech said they all do that. I told them that was not supposed to happen. Rattling chains means soon-to-be broken timing chain guides and catastrophic engine damage. They said they wouldn't replace them as they were not performing out of spec. The chain rattling is worse now. engine failure is imminent and the best quote I've gotten to replace them is $7200. In 2020, I had mentioned to this very same dealership that our Q5 seemed to have rattling chains and they happily replaced everything under that extended warranty(assuming because Audi north america was footing the bill) This time, they would not help me. Now, I'm stuck with a vehicle whose value is now almost half what I paid just 1 1/2 years ago. Either I spend half what it is worth on timing chains, or the entire value of the car on a used engine replacement when it blows. I'm so beyond disappointed in this whole experience, it makes me sick.

I worked with the internet sales manager, Mark Constantino who, along with the rest of the Audi Omaha team, made purchasing my vehicle incredibly easy. I live in Colorado, but Mark eliminated all concerns by constantly, communicating with me. I flew into Omaha and was picked up by one of his team. We were able to complete the transaction quickly and I was on my way home. Great experience!
