This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jill Schrum worked very hard to find exactly the vehicle I specified, right down to the color combination. Audi never asked for money to "hold the vehicle," until I was ready to purchase. Jill made 100% certain that I was comfortable with the entire package and experience before we started any paperwork. I'm meeting next week with Scott who's going to assist me with syncing and understanding all the cars features. It was truly what a car purchase should feel like. And if I didn't already say it, I LOVE the car!

Our salesperson was very helpful and went the extra mile. The sales manager was excellent and experienced. Scott is excellent at explaining features of my car.

The car buying experince is not one that I enjoy. It consumes a lot of my time and usually pretty boring. At this dealership they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are more than satisfied with the, (exception of the final purchase) buying experience, much appreciated. Greg along with the entire front of the dealership were great. Greg made us feel welcome and definitely made the visit pleasant. On the day of the purchase it seemed to take forever to finalize the paperwork and get us on our way. I felt they were understaffed in whatever departments had to approve the final sale. They need to work on that I do not believe it should take 2 hours to complete a sale. I sense the paperwork caused this? Audi needs to work on speeding up the final purchase process. Mayhbe we just purchased the vehicle on an unusually busy day? Overall I would buy another vehicle from this dealershop if needed.
