From original inquiry to delivery, this was a flawless experience! Saban in Sales, Sam in Finance and Jarrod with the home delivery transport made this very exciting experience for me so much more special. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly and communication was top notch. My fiance and I came into look at the 2025 GV80 to lease and was greeted by Gerald as soon as we parked. From the start Gerald was excellent and knowledgeable about the Genesis brand and acted more as a Consultant rather than a salesperson. Unfortunately we found another color option at another dealership but due to our great experience I wanted to take this time to thank Gerald for everything and we wish we could have given him a deal..
