Professional, no pressure, no issue when I changed my mind on the color and found the exact vehicle of my choice within 48 hours. Macloskie spent over an hour with us explaining technology and features - very patient. Great people, great facility. Note: I did not finance the purchase so I had no experience with the finance department.
