I recently bought a used car from this dealership, and
I recently bought a used car from this dealership, and during the test drive, I noticed the tire sensor light was on. When I asked about it, the salesman assured me he would have it checked in the service department. He later told me the tire pressure was fine and that the sensor should turn off soon. Trusting his word, I proceeded with the purchase. The next day, when I returned to sign paperwork, he pulled the car around. I got in, started it, and saw the sensor was still on. Again, I asked if it could be a faulty sensor. He insisted no, saying I needed to drive at least 15 miles for it to reset. Well, it’s now been two weeks and nearly 80 miles later the sensor is still on. I understand it’s a used car, but what frustrates me most is the lack of response. You assured me you’d stay in touch during the first couple of weeks to make sure everything was fine. Yet when I texted about the issue, I got nothing. It’s clear this was just about closing the sale. I’m certain I wasn’t the first person to raise concerns about the sensor, but I was naïve enough to trust a salesperson. Lesson learned: never buy a car with **any** warning light on the dash.

Dear Future Customers, I tried to work with the sales
Dear Future Customers, I tried to work with the sales team on a remote trade-in and it was a horrible experience. After spending 20 minutes to enter all my info. and attach pictures, all I got was texts from Saban Dawood to forward all the info again. This guy says he is a 20 year veteran. I then contacted the general manager, Frank Dickenson and got no reply and at the end of the day, no purchase or trade-in. It is time we hold these dealers accountable for such poor service. Obvious from my many car purchases, they do not hire the best staff, or their software is faulty etc. If you choose to work with them, hope it is a better experience than mine.

We understand that not everyone is comfortable with standard dealership processes, and we respect your preference. However, we were disappointed by the tone of the conversation and the condescending manner in which one of our sales professionals was addressed. Our team members work hard to provide a positive and professional experience for all customers, and we take great pride in their efforts. As the General Manager, I personally attempted to help clarify the situation and assist further, but your continued refusal to provide the required details prevented us from moving forward. We do apologize if you felt that our efforts were not aligned with your lofty expectations. It is never our intent to cause frustration or inconvenience, and wish you the best.
For our readers, the dealership response is false and i have the text string on my phone documented to prove it which shows the real story. The sales person continually asked me the same questions which were completed previuosly in the automated dealership software that i wss asked by them to complete which i did. In fact, i did answer the question asked twice twice to me about my payoff which there is none. Answered in the software and text string. I also left the GM who is doing his best here to lie, two voice mails with no response. As said in my first complaint, you be the judge of character here but i would never work with this group and now with this attempted coverup 150% will continue to network with all seeking a Genesis not to work with these people. I recomend the drive to Cumming Genesis. Wonderful professional staff and a new space recently opened. Respect for their customers. Thanks to any who read this and care about being a valued customer.
