When I came in last week I spoke with the salesman

When I came in last week I spoke with the salesman Senator Macloskie he was quite short with me and needs to work on his customer service with potential customers because he was very rude. I will not be going back to purchase my GV80 I will be going back to Genesis of Cumming.

Overall it was an exceptional experince. I was indecisive and Hilal was very patient and helped me determine which option is more beneficial for me. It wad an amazing experince and would reccomend anyone to experince this. Phenomrnal salesperson and great dealership.

UPDATE: Kevin the service manager called me back today

UPDATE: Kevin the service manager called me back today and was able to secure a loaner car and take my car in for repair. Let’s pray 3rd time is a charm on this repair 🙏. Thank you Kevin. We bought a brand new 2023 GV70, we also purchased the concierge service agreement. We discovered immediately the air conditioner DID NOT WORK. They took it in, said they fixed it only for it to stop working shortly thereafter. I called back, was put off and told it would be a few weeks b4 they could service the car. I insisted this was WRONG and finally they agreed to fix it sooner. Fast forward to this year, once again turn on air it is NOT WORKING nor is the SEAT COOLING. The car currently has 4,928 miles! I call the service department finally get a return call only to be told the first available date they have is JUNE 2nd! I told Jasmine the concierge agent this was unacceptable and asked to be transferred to the service manager. I got his voicemail ( Kevin Whiteside) since it was b4 3:00pm I expected to get a live person. When I called back the phone line would just not got through! Jim Ellis is happy to UP SELL you products with ZERO DELIVERY OR ACCOUNTABILITY. CUSTOMERS BEWARE,: THE GV70 HAS MAJOR AIR CONDITIONER ISSUES AND AT THIS POINT WE BELIEVE THEY ARE PATCHING THE PROBLEM UNTIL THE WARRANTY EXPIRES. I would NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! A Comfortable and Empowering Car Buying Experience As a woman, walking into a dealership can feel a bit intimidating—especially when you’re not a car expert. I had done my research and selected a few pre-owned vehicles that matched my personality based on style, price, and mileage. Still, I was fully prepared to stand my ground and avoid the typical sales runaround. From the moment I stepped into Genesis of Atlanta, I was greeted by Macloskie Bokwe, and I immediately felt at ease. I let him know I wasn’t there for the games, and he respected that. He brought up every car I was considering, walked me through the pros and cons of each, and even made some helpful suggestions I hadn’t thought of. Once I narrowed down my list, he took the time to show me each vehicle in person and highlight the features—many of which I didn’t even know existed on modern cars! The test drive was smooth and informative, and Macloskie remained professional, personable, and truly patient throughout. It was clear he had my best interests in mind, not just a sale. Negotiations were efficient—just a couple of hours, not the all-day ordeal I was dreading. He even advocated on my behalf with the finance team for a better deal on a warranty. That’s when I met Jeremy Marx, who was equally professional and easy to talk to. He explained all the financials in simple, relatable terms—no pressure, no upselling, just honest recommendations that fit my lifestyle and budget. I drove away in a car I genuinely love, and I’m excited to spend the next week getting to know all its features. I wholeheartedly recommend Macloskie and Jeremy, especially to women shopping solo. They’ll treat you with respect, walk you through the process with clarity, and ensure you leave confident in your decision—not second-guessing it. Bonus tip: the showroom is a bit chilly, so bring a light jacket—but they do offer hot tea or coffee, which definitely helps!

The Finance Manager ran my credit and then afterwards

The Finance Manager ran my credit and then afterwards told me the the car is 10 years older and cannot finance. I know big banks dont do that regardless of credit, but once he heard of 0 down he just lied. And I have close to 800 CREDIT SCORE. The salesperson Shannon Smith was amazing though and helped with a virtual tour of the vehice.
