If you cannot physically walk into the store, I would NEVER recommend HGreg. Their customer service is AWFUL. If you have to contact the dealership, good luck, especially if you are out of state. I was looking to make an out of state purchase and after calling for a week, leaving 3 voicemails, NO ONE ever contacted me back. The most I received was a text message. I had a friend go to the physical location in Orlando to look at the vehicle. While I was on the phone with him he asked about out of state sales. They directed him to the phone number and said someone is always there to answer during business hours. I called while he was there and no one answered. Sales person the said they are out for lunch. Friend went back in an hour and they could not explain. Via text I told the guy that I wanted to purchase a vehicle, can someone call me. No one did. ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE
