If you are thinking of buying a car from HGreg make sure to have an independent mechanic look at it first. Bought a car for our son in August before he went to school there and the day after he drove it off the lot the engine light came on. HGreg had him bring it back to their service department the following week and they said they "fixed" it and all it was that the battery and ac needed to be recharged. Three weeks later the engine light came on again, but it was over the weekend so HGreg said we'd have to call back on Monday to arrange service. I had my son take to a mechanic by campus and that our friends recommended to us and they told us that whole ac was shot along with a few other things that would be $2500 to fix. I ended up paying for it and car runs great and hasn't had any problems since. I didnt expect HGreg to fully reimburse me since it was my decision to go elsewhere, but I contacted HGreg twice and asked them for half and they have completely blown me off. Our sales rep Carlos was nice, but he even noted during test dry the ac seemed warm and that might need to be looked at. Don't trust their service department...spend the few extra bucks to have someone else check out. I wish we did!

Dairo Moreno at HGreg was able to help me find a car I genuinely liked and finish everything in less than an hour. He went out of his way to help me find a car that was better then what I could ever imagine. I had my eye on a car already from HGREG but he was patient and showed me other cars so that I had more options. Thank you Dairo!
