I went to purchase a used vehicle. I had researched many lots in the area but HGreg seemed to have much more inexpensive rates. My sales man Carlos Rodriguez was kind and responsive to all of my needs. I arrived at 10am and pretty much test drove a handful of cars and made a purchase by 2pm. I recommend this place for all you used car needs.

Jerome really changed the way I thought about car shopping with his patience, dedication, and simply put, AMAZING customer service. Congratulations to the management staff of this location if training produces associates like Jerome, that means you are definitely doing something right. Give that guy a raise!!!!

Moises Cintron was an amazingly attentive salesman at HGREG in Orlando, FL. I honestly was not expecting to leave with a new car. I was just going to view my options. He got his manager and finance team together to work something out for me. I was very impressed with their relentless effort to help the situation to work out in my favor. This type of work ethic is so very hard to find, unfortunately, these days. I recommend Moises specifically if you guys decide to stop by here. The car selection is very impressive as well!! You can not beat the prices and conditions of the cars here! They are very thorough when explaining the details to you about your choice of interest and they don't try to get over on you. They make sure you know all of your options and give you suggestions regarding what might be the best option (financially) for you personally. So I just purchased a vehicle 4 months ago and I just found out this morning I already have to put it in the shop for a xxxx 700 engine problem....we talking only maybe 5000 miles added on since purchase and to think they do not have an extended warranty on there vehicle as a major used car seller. Now I see why they stressed the IMPORTANCE to check with my manufacturer to see if it is still under their warranty, if I'd have known that I would've NEVER purchased from them PLEASE SAVE yourself the hassle and go to a dealership and purchase a vehicle, always better safe than sorry. Not to mention within the first month I had to replace a taillight and windshield wipers, which was minor but it's the principle, the reason we come here is because we want a reliable car we don't wanna have to keep putting in the shop, we'll atleast within the xxxx first year.

Sean K was very helpful, he drive around with me showing me what I was looking for. He's very kind and very patience even I was driving him nuts. YEAH I LIKE THIS GUY KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
