There was no pressure like the old days of use car sales. The lot has a lot of choices. Luis explained everything in detail and answers questions with patience. If he didn't know the answer he told me, he would research it and inform me as soon as we got back to lot.

Buyer Beware!
Go somewhere else! The car I bought has serious issues. The frame is bent and there is thousands of dollars worth of work needed to make it safe to drive. They disclosed that it had been in an accident but not the extent of the serious damage. I expect fender benders but not extreme damage that was never addressed. I can’t reach anyone on the phone and I am 70 years old and disabled (permanently on oxygen) so dealing with this is really difficult. My salesman Ariel was great and the finance manager was also quite competent and efficient but the only manager I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. I wish I had walked out. The car itself is the problem. It started acting up on the drive home from the dealership. They supposedly fixed the problem but after driving it less than 20 miles the problems are only getting worse. I am now stuck with a horrible lemon that I can’t afford to fix. I am out my good trade-in and my cash deposit and stuck with a car that the mechanic says should have been totaled after the accident. I have no idea what I am going to do. I deeply regret this entire experience and wish I had kept looking. Save yourself.
