Visited HGreg in Dec 2022 after unfortunate loss of vehicle and needing another one quickly. Met Luis Vazquez, he was a breath of fresh air to deal with in purchasing my new vehicle! Professional, knowledgeable and the most excellent salesman. HGreg is blessed to have him be a part of his team. I came back to this dealership, because I wanted to purchase from him!

Sean was nice, kind, and very helpful with our buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and professional with his work. I recommend Sean to future customers!

Luis was great! Talked to me about the carfax for all vehicles I was interested in! Upon looking at cars, when I found the one I wanted, he made sure to check lights were working, showed me what the engine looks like when the car is on going from drive to reverse, and showed the difference between changing gears from Reverse to Drive. Luis also had me get the car to a speed to show me how the ca would handle shifting and was a great car salesman overall, was not pushy at all, which is something I really value about him!

The agent assisting, British Young, was super helpful. Overall facility could use some care - its not the newest/nicest looking place, but everyone working here is very friendly

Very great from the moment I walked in I received great customer service from the lady in the front and when I went outside to look at cars Rodney begin to help and answer my questions he was very patient with me and has good customer service I was kinda nervous because I didn’t think I would be approved but the whole time he gave me a reason to smile and kept me lifted up and I reallly appreciate him the whole experience was pretty fast ! Carlos Rodriguez was the most helpful salesperson I have ever worked with. He was so patient with me helped me look at multiple vehicles and narrowed down what I was looking for even took the time to make sure my daughters strollers and car seats fit in the vehicles i was looking into. I never felt rushed, nor did I ever feel pressured. I am so happy to be leaving in a car I love and to have worked with Carlos today! Thank you again! ☺️

Please do not buy a car from Hgreg. The car buying process seemed quick and easy but not long after leaving the gas station with my new car (that was almost empty) it started making a noise. I bought the car a on Saturday and called Sunday morning to report the noise. Not only did I have to call FIVE times to get through to someone the manager told me someone would call to schedule an appointment but never did. I called back Monday and after calling multiple times yet again I finally spoke to someone. The service department could not get me an appointment until three weeks later. Three weeks go by and finally I drive the car out to Orlando on a Thursday. I hear nothing all day Thursday so I called Friday and Angel told me it was a bad axle and they would replace it. The weekend goes by and I figured I’d hear back from them Monday. Didn’t hear anything yet again so I called Tuesday and Angel had me on hold for 30 minutes. He had no idea whether or not the car was fixed and so I didn’t hear anything back until Wednesday saying they finally fixed the car. The lack of communication is unreal with this place. I don’t know how they stay in business. Friday comes along and I go to pick up my car and I wish I got the guys name because he was a complete xxxxxxx just handed over the keys not even asking for a name or any proof we owned the vehicle. We ask for paperwork saying the axle was replaced and the jerk says we don’t provide paperwork. And that was it. All while staring us down in a threatening manner like he was some tough guy. We needed proof that something was done to the car and it took us an entire HOUR to get any proof. They bring an old axle out but who knows if they even fixed anything. Not to mention I had things missing from my car. I was so disgusted that I just wanted to be done with the company but Hgreg refused to take the car back even though I reported the issue with the car within 3 days/300 miles but since they could not fit me in until three weeks later that apparently voided the warranty. I will bring the BBB into this because I need some type of compensation from this nightmare of a company. This was my first car buying experience and I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! Please read the BBB reviews before purchasing a vehicle from here! My car had a bad axle and they claim to do a 140 point inspection so why was that missed? I was put in danger so please do your research and if they haven’t replied to your inquiry about a car, count your blessings!

We came all the way Tampa! David W was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. He was open and honest. Hands down best used car man ever!
