Terrible experience! I have tried to purchase a car from the out of state department and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I called for over 3 days now! After 30 plus calls and countless voicemails not a single person could help me other than transferring me to a voicemail of a person that never calls back. I’ve never received any info and have only been asked my name and number and what vehicle I’m interested in and that’s as far as it’s gone!
