I purchased a BMW online from Dallas and had it transported from Hgregg to Dallas TX, cash purchase..it has been over 6 months and I still haven't received a title for my car, when I call no reply..emails no reply, my salesperson Diego has not answered text messages either..the BBB needs to look into this dealership for unfair practices..they are selling cars without titles....This dealership is the worst of the worst..Don't buy a car from this dealership..there's too many legitimate dealership out there willing to offer affordable cars without the shady practices....Run like Helll from Hgregg ..!!!!

Luis welcomed and worked very well with us. He explained everything in detail. He made sure that we had enough time to look at the car. My family and I had great experience with this company and with Luis.

Luis welcomed us today with open arms, he made sure to look at all the options we had found online. He also walked us through the carfax, the car history, the mileage, the price, the savings, where the cars were from & he gave us his personal opinion on what would be best. Once we found the best option for us he walked us through everything & he then made sure we looked at every single thing for the car. The lights, the a/c, the brakes, the spare tire, the jack, the seats, the exterior of the car, etc. Luis made sure we were happy with what we had found. He has also let us test drive the car & made sure that we are happy with the car. Thank you for all your help today Luis :)
