I was met at the front door by Steve (Sales) who was expecting me and we had a short discussion about the type of truck I was interested in. We walked out to the lot and thirty minutes later I found my truck! Steve was very patient and I could just tell that he loves his job by the way he seemed excited by my choice! For some reason which I can’t explain I felt like a child waking up on Christmas morning. Steve’s diligent and highly professional manner in which he processed the paperwork was outstanding! I also gained a friend that afternoon! My recent purchase of Jeep Gladiator was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have Made. Found the vehicle on line and used the chat feature and almost immediately a salesman responded I asked him would they sell The vehicle for a certain price he Said he would check and within minutes he had an answer. When we arrived they had the vehicle ready and almost all the paperwork done. Desmond my salesman was very friendly and easy to work with he was also very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. Very pleasant experience in purchasing the vehicle.
