My wife and I were shopping for a large SUV. We went to sandy Sansing Milton Jeep and spoke with a salesman, Desmond. He was very personable, helpful, and above all else not pushy! Answered our questions to the best of his ability. Salesman often get a bad rap for being overly pushy, and this was not our experience dealing with Desmond or his manager Alan. We ended up buying a Grand Wagoneer L that we had seen advertised on the Internet, and so far we are very happy with it!

My wife was promised something simple and the dealership failed to follow through . I feel the the purchase process was miserable . I also feel I was not given the discount I agreed to . I won’t use this dealership again for a car purchase .

Excellent purchasing experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful with the sales pressure. We drove three hours to buy a car from them and I wish we could go there for future service visits.

Bought a Chrystler Pacifica 6 days ago, 800 miles on it now and already having catastrophic problems. No one is willing to lend a hand or help to get this resolved, we are a one car family and I am now worrying about being able to get to my place of employment in the mornings. Dealer states they have no loaner vehicles and cannot get my vehicle in for an entire week which I will also have to take time off work to attend, if they cannot fix it at that time I am still out of luck because no loaners. I will update my review accordingly if this situation is made right.

I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to the dealership to check on a newly installed ABS module and transmission. After a technician checked out both systems he determined the transmission was not functioning properly and should be replaced. I immediately took my Jeep to a transmission Shop. Thank you for your assistance.

I've used Sandy Sansing CDJR in Milton, FL ever since I ordered my 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. This dealership is the only automobile service center that has ever touched my vehicle. I've had excellent service from them and the service department employees are always customer friendly. Appointments are easy to make and my vehicle is always ready on time.
