David Walters was very unresponsive and unhelpful. After our original conversation about a vehicle I was interested in, I reached back out to him multiple times trying to get answers to a couple follow up questions. I received no response but continued to receive solicitation emails. I even responded to his solicitation emails and again, no response.

SNL Skit

Wow. This place was like out of a “Used Car Dealership” SNL skit. They advertised a price online and by the time I sat down to buy it was $10,000 higher. They added fees that I have never heard of and I have been buying used cars for over 25 years. The combination of disappointment and utter shock that this was actually happening was mind blowing. I am a person that goes to a restaurant, orders a filet, gets a piece of chicken, and doesn’t leave a negative review. However in this case I had to take the time to write something. Please if you read this, do not buy from these people. Go anywhere else than here. The absolute worst.

Worst dealership in America

This dealership are scammers and frauds. They will add over $7K in hidden and unwanted cost. poor communication and will try to scam as much money as they can from innocent buyers.

1. The price on the website is different from the vehicle

1. The price on the website is different from the vehicle price. They will add upwards of $10k to every sale in add-ons, LoJack, coating, reconditioning, and service they performed to make the car ready for resale. 2. I made the mistake of leaving the dealership without verifying that I had all the paperwork. When I arrived home, I found the disclosures and sales contract missing from my folder. The only document I retained was the information about the extended warranty. 3. I have made several calls to get these documents. Whether I lost them or they did not provide them is irrelevant. They have been playing a game of cat and mouse. I leave messages without them calling back. If I talk to a person, they are more interested in blaming me than providing the documents. 4. The sales staff is unresponsive. Be sure to do your research on who you work with. Google them. 5. My temporary plate is soon to expire, and my state still needs paperwork on the vehicle. Since I am missing the bill of sale, I can't register it anyways (which they should have done). This is not a firm I would suggest anyone use. Notice all their 5-star reviews use a similar vocabulary.

The online price is a lie.

Know that the online price does not include all their fees. You will have pay for, above the web price, reconditioning, LoJack, sealant, and other items that should be disclosed online. We were told the price was the amount on the website but had thousands of dollars added while completing the transaction. They are not honest in their online pricing.

Watch out! They will take you for a ride.

This car dealer is very dishonest! They quoted one price to my husband and then added thousands of dollars in undisclosed/hidden fees without his knowledge or consent. He went back several times to complain and spoke with the manager but got nowhere. Only go here if you enjoy getting ripped off!

Fraudulent and fake documents

please don't go to this dealer, I bought my car a week ago, They told me one price and them fake documents and change the price after signing the paper, they include 10,000 dollars in hidden fees over the price, i also gave them 4,000 cash and they never apply this payment, this people is terrible, they will talk to my lawyer and TV news is getting ready to air this case,

Don’t go there not a good place

Bad experience til this day im dealing with them and I bought my car a month ago. I travel an hour away to buy the car they say one thing and never do it it was a lot more I had to deal with but it’s a lot to write and another thing I still have gotten my original copy of my registration the lady had to email me a copy n it’s been a month I don’t recommend anyone to go there I’m still waiting for the manager to get I. Contact with my about fixing something on my car that he said he will do I called a couple of time and left messages and nothing still . They are quickly to take ur money but after they don’t care about anything after they tell u to call if u need anything. Never again

Fake positive reviews

Completely faked reviews on here. Every positive review phrased as buying a Brand vehicle. Ie: Jeep vehicle, Ram car, Lexus vehicle, etc. They also use “experience” in ways actual reviewers would not. Read the positives closely and reference the buried negatives.
