I shared a bad experience with the Auto Hub North New
I shared a bad experience with the Auto Hub North New Brunswick NJ Dealer. I was making and in the process of buying a car with the Amex Auto Purchasing program. The manager approved to use Amex card purchase, but they need me to put a downpayment of $2,500 + 3%( Credit Charge) total of $ 2,575 on Tuesday, to guarantee I won't change my mind. Give me a receipt to hold on to the car, and I will pay the whole amount when I pick it up with My Amex card on Saturday. When I came to pick up the car, the salesperson said the car had already been sold. We have another vehicle below one year for your choice. I don't know if this is a professional deal or with customers? Or you don't want to accept cash, credit, or need me to do a lease to get more money or commission; I don't know, actually, Then lied by saying it wasn't put into the system and sold to someone else. Dishonesty isn't professional. The day before, I sent an email to the manager asking when I could pick up the car, but there was no feedback. The salesperson still asked me for a car insurance policy to send him back. Why don't you tell me? The day before, I wanted to waste my time with you. I chose your dealer because of a good review, but it really hurt my feeling to do business with a dealer in the future!.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS *COMMITS FRAUD*
They force you to buy 3000 dollars in dealer add ons. This is fraudulent and illegal. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Most rude salesmen I've ever dealt with in my life.

Price change….run Away.
Their listed price is not the price. They want thousands about for their services (not optional). Look and see others who had the same experience. Cars.com should remove them from their listings. It is not a good reflection on them. Run away

The dealership folks got me scheduled for appointment and when reaching there tells me that the car is already sold a day ago. On asking that you should have at least let me know that you have already sold the car the folks are like plain sorry with a sick face. Seems overworked. On asking can you tell me what is in your inventory, the desk folks tells me to make another appointment for it. Never buying from them.

This is not a dealer but a wholesaler. Asking price excludes necessary $3700 - $4500 in dealer fees for not being a dealership. This was misleading to a typical car buyer.

Not a man to keep up with his words.
I was here for few hours and we got a deal, but while they start to do the paperwork they said the car is mine, guess what? Someone came up and bought the car, (better deal for the dealer) and then they just came and tell me that the car got sold, what a ridiculous person (the manager) that can not keep up with his words, came on, you got be a man.

Scammer Alert!! Scheduled an appointment to see two cars. Confirmed vehicles were available before leaving my home, and when I arrived the vehicles were not there or available for sale. Took the day off from work to see these vehicles. They tried desperately to sell me vehicles I wasn’t interested. Guessing the listed vehicles were just a bait and switch. Avoid these car seller at all costs.

The sales person I worked was Aron chevin. Aron was very pleasant and very professional. He was ahoy to work with. He was genuinely concern and often inquired about the clients to make sure that they are comfortable

deceptive practices
It is absolutely amazing that dealerships like this still exist. They have unfair and borderline criminal advertising and marketing practices. They falsely claim low prices so their cars come up on the low end and then have fees so big they are actually higher than the market. Please beware, and don't give this dealership the time or your money.

Beware of their low price vehicles. I was inquiring about one but found out their dealer fee is 10% which on this particular vehicle would have been $4,000. What was initially a good price is now overpriced. When I mentioned to Aron that the typical dealer fee is $200-300 and online sites like Carvana have NO fees, his response was "go buy from them then". Terrible service and this place is a scam. Always ask how much the fees are before buying!
