Worst dealer i've ever been to
The staff was very rude. They asked to check my credit before I could even turn the car on. When I pointed out how stupid that ones, the salesman asked "do you even have a credit card?" Their loss, leaving cars sitting in a parking lot without ever being driven isn't good for the cars.

Called about a car that was advertised for $42,450. The salesman said there’s a dealer fee which is a percentage of the sale price of the car so I asked him how much for the car out the door and he came back with 53,450. The listed price you see is just to entice you enough to get you in the door and then they give you the ACTUAL price. The salesman was nice but it’s just another dealership that operates using the bait and switch technique.

Waisting of time
Appointment was made by phone to see the car, Drive to this Dealership the Rep was asking me all questions take all information, was spending 30-40 minutes to process all this information, and finally find out the car is not there!!!Probably this information should be disclosed first before even appointment was confirmed!!!

Hi my name is Miguel and I am a construction worker I save up my money so this horrible Salesman Abusively hikes up the price of the vehicle by $7000 so originally the price after fees and taxes $30,500 mind now 0ut of no where he comes up with $37,000 figure shore enough his manager decides to call me and try to justify the price these guys In this establishment are here just to take advantage of you nothing else no respect and no Morals all about themselves selfish greedy humans

Epitome of a trashy used car dealer
This dealership is the epitome of a trashy used car dealer! They post one price... but don't think you will get it for that price! I drove an hour to look at a SUV for my son. I wasn't ready to buy it THAT day, so that upset them. I tried to get the full details so I could "sleep on it". When I specifically asked what fees would be involved I was told by "manager" Jules that they only charge a doc fee (I think it was $750), tax, and tags. When I later called to finalize things I found out they also charge a LOJACK fee ($895) AND........... a "dealer fee" of $2698!!! Aron was our sales person... useless and basically stalked us until we went in. They also left us sitting in the office while they looked into things and never came back! When we left they were just like "bye, sorry we couldn't do any better". You will need a shower after going to this place because they are so slimy! I could go on and on... but they have already taken enough of my time.

Also, I am not sure if you read the advertisement completely or not. We fully disclose that there are fees associated with purchase of a vehicle. Aron is one of our top sales professionals. poor customer service
Crazy dealer fee drove over an hour. Then get told to calm down by people when I say I’m done having my time wasted give me a better number or I’m leaving. Disrespectful telling me to leave as I’m being given my last estimate.
