Check out a audi 3
It was horrible experience Found 3 car i was intrastead insold when I got there. Rep told me it was there drove all the way from New york Prices are not what they seem With so much added fees. Not worth buying They tell me that they don't know why they told me that and even the sale rep said Nothing is organized they play off I don't know why crap Not cool to lie to you about a car that they don't have. And on top of all that. The next day the 3 cars I was intrastead in are still posted like they have it and the sale person told me they were sold. Come on people. This place a scam. Service horrible. I will never send anyone there

Hello, We fully disclose all prices and fees. The advertisement of the vehicles also disclosed that there would be possible fees. There were no surprises. Not sure where the misunderstanding happened. We as a group sell 500 cars a month with over 150 inquiries coming in daily. Our inventory moves quickly. I apologize that you were not happy with your experience. If you are willing to give us another chance we would be honored to accomodate you. Thank you. Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! Thousands dollars of non negotiable in dealership fees added to internet pricing. They provide a report that does not show service or ownership history...check the CARFAX. (it is worth the investment if your are seriously considering a purchase) I am glad I read other reviews- all consistent with additional fees for LoJack, detailing fees.

Hello, We fully disclose all prices and fees. The advertisement of the vehicles also disclosed that there would be possible fees. I understand that you are bought into the marketing that CarFax has done to become a trusted source. AutoCheck is like CarFax and powered by Experian (a company that is also a credit bureau). The data is as legitimate if not better than CarFax. LoJack is installed in our inventory to prevent theft. It also saves you the consumer a lot of money over the lenght of an average car loan. We sell 500 cars a month consistently which means we must be doing something right. I apologize that you were not happy with your experience. If you are willing to give us another chance we would be honored to accomodate you. Thank you. Stan Sher Client Relations Director Dunhill Auto Group
Do not recommend
Sales representative was asking for 2990 dealer fees and 900 for lojack fees and some other fees made 21000 vehicle into 27000 vehicle. I hate rounds of negotiation and i had to leave the dealership.

Hello, Did you look at the bottom line? That $27,000 was inline with the market average and possibly even lower than market average. I apologize that you were not happy with your experience. If you are willing to give us another chance we would be honored to accomodate you. Thank you. Stan Sher Client Relations Director Dunhill Auto Group
BMW M4
I contacted this dealership 2 weeks ago to get information about a vehicle via email and text. I got no response for 1 week. Then, I reached out to them again, the salesman assured that I would get information but another week has gone by. I’ve been looking at this car online for a few months now and I guess that’s why it’s still on the lot just due to poor communication, client hospitality and lack of interest. If they don’t care about their clients, I’m not sure I feel comfortable buying a car from them.

Hello, We were a little short staffed so we apologize. I looked at your record and I see that we invited you to come see this vehicle to which you refused. What else could we have done if you refused to come see the car? I apologize that you were not happy with your experience. If you are willing to give us another chance we would be honored to accomodate you. Thank you. Stan Sher Client Relations Director Dunhill Auto Group
RIP OFF ALERT!!!
Buyer Beware! Inquired about used Audi. Very unprofessional salesman called me. I asked about out the door price. He proceeded with adding up a long list of bogus fees. LoJack $800, None finance $1000, etc. Unbelievable.

Very unprofessional
Don't trust their listing prices. They will have tons of overhead costs before even taxes that will make your overall cost shoot up. Apparently their "internet" cost is not the same as their listing price and they aren't responsible for their fake prices listed on the web. They said they aren't responsible for those and they will "talk to their marketing team" about it. Aron was also rude and condescending when I spoke to him, as many of these other reviews note.

Hello, You contacted us because you saw the lowest possible price online. With everything in life there are costs. Check your cell phone bill you will see the same thing. Aron is one of our top sales people. This is a complete shock to me. Perhaps you just did not like the deal you were offered? If you are willing to give us another chance we would be honored to accomodate you. Thank you. Stan Sher Client Relations Director Dunhill Auto Group
Do not purchase a car from them!
Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! It’s being ran by amateurs who have absolutely no clue how to run a professional business or knowledgeable about their field. I was there all day. The salesman that sold me the car was a complete ***hole! He knew jack s*** about cars. The moment I sat down with him the only thing he was concerned about was how much I was putting down. They sold me a car with a nail in the tire. I thought it was just low tire pressure. I asked if they could fill the tire but I was there until everyone left and I thought I’ll do it myself. Wrong. I had to replace all 4 tires because they each had nails in them. By the end of the sale they jacked the price up. I put down a hefty down payment. Do you know the son of a xxxxxxx didn’t pay the trade off in time and I had to pay the past premium plus the new premium for the vehicle I purchased.I supposedly purchased a warranty package but was given no information and nothing arrived in the mail. When I left they gave me a form that I had to return signed by the dmv in Delaware after I’ve gone through inspection so I can get my tags. After completing so I called the dealership a MILLION times and all they do is tell you to call a different number. The voicemail for the title department is full. I purchased the care June 16th...it’s now October and no registration. I had to renew the temp tags 3 times and now will have to dock the car because the dealership cannot get their xxxx straight. This is a bait and switch company. I seriously recommend NOT purchasing a vehicle here and go, literally, anywhere else!

Hello, Thank you for your business. If you did not like the deal, why did you buy the car? Also, I am sure you are well aware that we are in the middle of a global pandemic. Things are slow. DMV is slower than ususual. Banks are operating slower too. I bought a used vehicle myself in April and did not get my registration for 5 months. Not sure where the misunderstanding happened. We as a group sell 500 cars a month. I apologize that you were not happy with your experience. If you are willing to give us another chance we would be honored to accomodate you. Thank you. Worst Dealership ever. Sells cars with NO BRAKES
Stated that car had a safety inspection drove vehicle less than 1,000 miles brake caliper locked up and had to get car towed. Dealership will not cover repairs after multiple attempts and multiple trips to dealerships. I requested a meeting with ownership and was told he does not take meetings. My entire family was in a car that we paid $33,000 for and then 30 days later had to put over $1,200 in repairs. General manager Jerry Ojeda is useless and the entire DUNHILL AUTO GROUP does not care about customer satisfaction. We were also promised another key and now we are being told that they will not honor that. The sales person we had was fired. GO BUY A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED CAR DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a 2017 Lexus RC 300

Hidden fee haven
If you love seeing a advertised price and wasting all day looking at it and making sure it’s the one you want and are all excited. Hold on. You’re in for a ride down the hidden fees train. Took a 48k car and by the end of all the fees was at 58k out the door. Lol unbelievable. 780 documentation fee, 800 low jack, 2680 detailing fee, 780 destination charge(on a used car) lol, etc.

rude and dishonest dealer, avoid.
The said the used car (good price) is available on the phone, and told me it was sold when I arrived after 1 hour. They are rude and dishonest, I won't buy any car from them.
