Beware of all their hidden fees.

Beware of all their hidden fees. It will cost you over $10,000 then what the car was advertised for. They charge $3,000 dealer prep fee, $1000 LoJack fee, $2000 for some type of future cleaning fee, $2000 document fee, and then taxes on all those fees. Make sure you read all the documents they provide. They refuse to put gas in the cars and they give them to you with a totally empty tank. Obviously they don’t care about repeat customers. Would not recommend the place.

Beware of Hidden Charges - No Gas Provided in Cars

Be careful and read over everything they charge you for. At the end they try to charge a LoJack fee of about $995, some other fee to clean your vehicle down the road of another $2000, dealer prep fee of $3000 next thing you know it’s $10,000 more then advertised. I got them to remove some of those fees. Don’t fall for that crap “how much do you want your payments to be” so they can hide the fees. The car was still under warranty with the manufacturer and I wanted that in writing and that was a chore. Make sure you read over all the documents for hidden stuff. Then they gave me the car with absolutely NO gas and they said they wouldn’t put gas in it. Now I just spent $29,000 and you can’t put $40 worth of gas in. I definitely wouldn’t go there to buy a car again or would I recommend it.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. All employees were very knowledgeable. Great place to buy a Ram vehicle. Was always updated about the status of the vehicle we had ordered.

Buyer Beware- Hidden Add Fees on top of asking price. 360 Shield Protection- $1,995 Dealer Service Fee: $795 Registration Fee: $60 Theft Protection Lo-Jack: $995 Title Fee: $75 Tax: $2,582.50 Total = $6,502.50

After confirming the price of the vehicle and driving for

After confirming the price of the vehicle and driving for 7 hours the dealer added aprox: $7500 in misc fees $2K for paint protection $2K for dealer prep $1k for destination charge $700 for LoJack $800 for Dealer Document Fees Plus your regular standard charges of Sales tax Registration They added over $10K to the advertised price. Thank for wasting my time and not being a straight shooter I even called the manager to ask if I pay the doc fees, could you remove someone the other BS fees, he just added $7500 to the price and said to pay the asking price plus $7500 additional. Recommend to anyone traveling a distance, if it's too good to be true, there is a catch. Sincerely Pete

I tried to call the manager back while i was still in NJ to make this deal go theough for my wife. Instead of the manager accepting my call, you gave me the same sales associate. The manager would not even take a minute to talk to me. I was disappointed and disgusted with the way he handled the entire event. FYI - and the car is still on your lot and has not sold.
