What Metris?
Called about a Mercedes Metris for sale I saw advertised on TrueCar. Was told it was in stock. Made an appt to see sales manager. Drove an hour to meet at appointed time. Was told "sorry, the car was sold yesterday". I explained that the car was confirmed to be "on the lot" just hours before. I was told the vendor who deals with all the sales calls is "in the Ukraine" and has no way of checking what's on the lot. They asked me if I might interested in any other cars. Drove an hour back home....

Showed up to this dealership to look at 3 different cars I had seen online. The dealer gave the typical "oh I think we sold those ones, but let me show you these other more expensive cars." Didn't spend much time at this dealership.

Terrible service
Terrible service and dishonest people. The representative Mike was probably the most unprofessional sales person I've ever met. Stay away from this place. They tried to lowball my trade in, and then offered me more for my car if I bought a more expensive vehicle. The Kia they were selling had obvious mechanical issues. I wouldn't do business with a place like this even if they had the cheapest vehicles in New Jersey.

Bad Dealer , Dishonest people , Bad service
Bad dealer , bought an 2013 Bmw 335i in April 23 , 2020 , car price was 15K and Mike the finance manager and Aron (sales man) made me buy an extended warranty that cost $2,750 with the excuses that I need it to get approve and I told them that I don’t want need because I don’t want to pay interest over the warranty too , at the end I agree to buy it with the condition of canceling after I buy the car , them I came back to cancel the warranty on May 26. 2020 and Mike the finance manager and another guy Andre Started getting aggressive and mad because I wanted to cancel the warranty claiming that was part of the deal and I can’t cancel it and then I told them that they can’t refuse to cancel it and all my right and them they said if I don’t want the warranty I would have to give them the car back. Which I told them to take it and give me my down payment back , then they said that they don’t want the car back but I would have to change the car deal agreement and that I would be loosing money because they was gonna charge me they dealer fee which is more than 3K, I told them that they can’t change the deal because it was more than 30 day that I purchase the car and that the Nj law don’t allow that , then they came and said that the finance felt through and that I need to wait to get the loan finish , then the loan got finish and they refuse to refund the warranty claiming that it been more than 30 days and the warranty only can refund me half of the money , i had to keep the warranty and I also haven’t register my car yet with the excuse of the COVID 19 , even tho DMV had been open in my state since May 1 , I still driving with the temporary plate since I bought the car ( July 3, 2020) , i dont recommend buy a car there , they act nice when they want to make the sale and after that they don’t care anymore , Aron and Mike are the worst . I don’t recommend to buy anything from them , and I hope anybody reading this, think about it before buying a car from auto hub or any of they dealers.

worst dealership ever, stay away!
Awful!!!!!!!! I can’t believe the dealership like this can exist. Avoid Aron at all costs!!! Such a scam. Worst salesperson I have ever seen in my entire life, very rude, he doesn’t treat you like a customer, yelling at customer, having bad attitude toward customers if you don’t listen to his suggestions? is what you do as a salesperson?? Come on, you hate this job, go away! Bunch of hidden costs, easily build up additional tens of thousand dollars on the price they list on web. Do not trust anything they say. All fake, they will rip you off.

We were driving by, and I saw auto hub, so we decided to check it out. This young sales man approached us and introduced himself, his name was Michael, we told him we were just looking, he was very pleasant and wasn’t pushy, he said take a look around and let me know if you need help! He was very genuine and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership, because of Michael as to his honesty and professionalism.

Not great customer service
I tried to purchase a Jeep Liberty for my business to add to my fleet of vehicles. I was very disappointed with the process. I was contacted by Eli. He mostly texted with me. I told him I'd prefer to finance the purchase but did not have to. He asked me to be named personally on the company's loan application which I have never done for any of my company vehicles. I told him I would not be doing that. Then for some reason, my loan got denied (even though I've done it that way a dozen times before without issue). He asked again if I would consider personally being a cosigner on the loan to which I still said I was unwilling to do. He said he would have his finance manager make a few calls and see what he could do. Over 2 weeks went by without a response from Eli so I texted him to check in. I get no response back... Another week and a half go by so I text him one last time to see if they would like to sell me the car or not. His response is as follows: "I told you last time. If you will go on we have a deal. With out you on the loan there is nothing to talk about" Pretty rude, right??? I responded that he should check the text thread and reminded him that the last thing he said was that he would get back to me (which he never did). I also reminded him that I said from the beginning I could pay for the vehicle with a company check as the money is in the bank (I just prefer to finance). Despite my better judgement, I asked if I could just pay $7000 cash for the car (which was listed at $7240). His reply was: "I gotta ask. Tomorrow I PROMISE I will call you and let you know" To nobody's surprise, I never got a call, text, etc. back from Eli the next day, or ever. I still can't understand why they didn't want to make the deal happen even though I offered many different options that they could choose from. I guess they just don't want to make money. Anyway, I went to the dealer down the street and bought a Durango instead and won't go back to these guys. What a waste of my energy.

awful sales service by Aron
Worst sales service by Aron, spoke to him on the phone. He was super rude like I’m begging him to sell me the car. Definitely not recommending him. The price on the internet is meant to deceive the customer. It’s not the actual price. They will charge you extra fees they never mention on the website. He left me a voicemail, and when I called back to make the deal. He said listen to the voicemail carefully, I will not repeat what I said. This was super rude, that’s when I decided to shop somewhere else
