I had come here to but my first car with the help of my parents. I was really stressed and overwhelmed but as me and my father worked with the salesman, I became more clam because they were really nice and helpful.

Aron was proactive, and pressure free. I found the car on facebook. He listened to what we wanted, and helped us finding the perfect vehicle at a great value. He was extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options, that we would have never known, which allowed us to eventually make a fantastic choice that suits us well( An INFINITI QX60) . An exceptional experience. I very recommend him to friends and families.

Experience was horrendous and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! We were negotiating with another dealership and were told verbally that if we came to this dealer, no additional fees would be added to the advertised price. We left the table and drove 2 hours to this place. Unfortunately, we had a salesman who had been there 2 days who promised us a lower price that we could pay off in one month. He also promised to send the second set of keys. We find out during the finance discussion that there were in fact additional fees and that the loan needed to last 3 months. Because he was so new, he was not aware that he needed to put this in writing and Instead of supplying the extra key that was promised, it is on us to get a new one for $235. The car also smelled like smoke and the dealer was spaying they vents with useless air freshener as we went for a test drive. The were completely unprofessional and didn’t give a xxxx about delivering what was promised. This is a xxxxty used car dealership that doesn’t do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! The whole experience was extremely stressful and it was my 23 year old daughters first time purchasing a car. We both feel we were taken advantage of and feel horrible about what we ended up with at the end.

FRAUD !!! Advertised final price is a joke. Add on fees to a $28,700 car $4,800. Doc fee $689.00 for Reg. ($46 @ DMV), If you don't finance thru them @2x dealer rate, $1,400 fee, Transportation fee $695.00, but you pick up the car at their lot. YOUR TRUE CAR PRICE $28,730.00 in writing, until you want to buy it, then add on T. Car Fee $995.00. PDi ??? $995.00 fee Called A.G. office, Complaint being prepared by Attorney as recommended by A.G. Office, N.J. Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Fraudlent business practices. A $250 Mill fraud suit has been filed by Dealers against True Car. STAY AWAY!!!

They will give you a shock. Dealer Fee $2999 and If you do not Finance from them another $1450. They will not tell you all this until you visit their dealership. Don't waste your time Guys.

Went in to look at a vehicle that had a great price. When I sat down and was talking numbers, none of the numbers added up so I questioned the salesman and he was able to break down the cost of all the ‘fees.’ All of a sudden the great price went to a horrible price of the vehicle I was interested in, mind you it was an additional $4,000 in ‘dealer fees.’ So I asked the salesman what the ‘dealer fees’ paid for and he told me it was for relocation, detailing, etc. I was able to talk him down a bit from the ‘dealer fee’ but it still wasn’t much. Made the deal, come to find out the fuel was left on E with 10 miles left and I was given one key that was broken and not in proper working condition. All I’ll say is they have nice inventory on the lot but they are trying to hassle every customer out of their money before the deal is even made.

Very happy with AutoHub. Good cars, low prices, friendly stuff. There’s nothing more you can ask for, really. What really matters is the cars, and mine is running very well.
