Would never purchase and ship car from Autohub, they unfortunately are not trustworthy and once they have your money you're on your own. I was depending on Autohub to be honest and truthful since the Infiniti that was being purchased was sight unseen from CarGurus and not test driven. They made it sound out to be a perfect car, had been mechanically inspected and there wouldn't be any issues with it, so i went and pulled the trigger. However, once they got their money and car was shipped across country, it was obvious the first time i started up the car it was not drivable or safe to drive. It was grinding and making a loud noise in the engine. Obviously there had been no inspection and did not disclose any of the safety issues. Fast forward $3,678 later to have all the brakes, wheel bearings, and engine fan replaced, it would've been better to purchase locally. Of course i called to see what they could do to rectify the issue and never got a call back. It was like sorry, now that we have your money you're out luck!

Absolute worst! I emailed about a car and quickly received an email back asking me to make an appointment to see the car and they would have it ready. I made the appointment and came in to see the car. After 30 minutes of waiting they could not find the keys or the car and had no idea where it was. So much for my 2 hour round trip drive there.

Aron was upfront about all of the fees, so there were no surprises. Know what to expect from a shop like this, and you can get a good deal. I felt like they genuinely worked with me and we're up front about everything.

I purchase a uesd 2010 F-150 Platinum Edition at auto hub on 12/24/2019. Steven was my sales man and he did a really good job and is extremely friendly.. I did notice the other guy's are just as friendly like Steven . My buying process was eady because they the best they could to get me exactly way i wanted to be on my payment..thanks guys..
