I’d recommend this company!
I got my first car at AutoHub and I’d say it was a very valuable experience. I’m not a car expert, but the stuff helped me with everything. I’m very happy with all that, I’d recommend it, really.

Recommend!
AutoHub is the dealership to go to. It’s transparent, the stuff is nice and friendly. The cars there are in top condition, super clean and with low mileage. I recommend it to all my friends!

High dealer fees and nothing is negotiable
I went to the dealership just last week to look at a used 2016 Ford F-150. The place definitely has a used car sales kind of look atmosphere. Since I've never owned a truck before, I wanted to take it for a test drive and when I asked the sales associate if I could, reply no. I asked him why not and said I've never heard of this before. he told me that we have to talk about numbers first and then I can take it for a test drive. This made no sense to me and i've talked to other friends and they said they've never heard of this either. Once inside, sales associate showed me all the numbers and was very transparent but there were a lot of fees. The total fees related to the dealer around $3,500! One of the fees was called a true car fee so when I asked about it, Rather than receiving an answer, the finance manager kept saying, you don't know what true car is? Haven't you seen the commercials? I continue to ask what it was and he couldn't give me a straight answer. When I asked if the fees can be reduced, he simply said no so then when I asked about the truck price, he said this was also non-negotiable. Lastly, I wanted to trade my car in and before I went there, I did my research and found out that my car was worth at least 21 or 22,000. When I asked the finance manager how much they would give me for the car, he responded with, we could give you auction price of either $18,000 or $18,500. So then I said no thank you, I got up up and walked out the door. No one tried to stop me as normal sales people do so made me feel as if they weren't interested in selling me the truck. Who does that in a sales business? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, it doesn't matter how nice the car is that you're looking for.

Great job guys! Keep it up!
The guys from AutoHub impressed me a lot. The full experience from the very beginning was just amazing! Their customer service and attentiveness to details are terrific. I recommend AutoHub as a simple and perfect service to find a used car that completely suits your needs. They provide you with a wide list of great cars available in the market.

Unscrupulous business practices
They advertise good prices but don't expect to pay what is advertised. I found the perfect car and I agreed to pay the asking price of $28,000. I was buying from out of state and asked for a purchase agreement to ensure there we no hidden fees. It took two days to get it. I was ready to buy a plane ticket and fly out as soon as I saw the agreement. You can imagine my surprise when the agreement stated $34,000. Really..... $6,000 over internet advertised price. I called and spoke to Anthony, the sales guy and he said, "That is a dealer fee." But it was not on the fees line, it was in the purchase price. Clearly they are deceptive in their business practices. I now see multiple people claiming the same scam in reviews. I should have read those first. You should also read their agreement closely before signing, because they have you waive specific legal actions if you sign their agreement. It is dealers like this that give used car salespeople a bad name.

Extra fees, not the advertised price
Went to see a car listed at $22000, get to the point of making a deal and they say it is going to be $29,000. They were adding an additional $4,000 "fee" on top of the usual tax/registration. The prices they list online are NOT the actual cost of the car. They're just trying to get people in the door.
