Terrible customer service
Don’t drive car off lot until you get everything you need. I have been waiting 5 weeks to get a SD card they said they “ordered” when I purchased car. They give people the run around. They are frauds. How are you gonna advertise car with navigation and not provide sd card with car. No one returns phone calls, have been calling for weeks. 5 weeks later I’m still waiting for Sd card! Horrible.

My thanks to everyone at AutoHub, you guys rock!
Having a bad credit score has been a “chronic problem” for me, one that has denied me a countless number of opportunities. I wasn’t ready to allow the same problem prevent me from getting a car that I have always dreamt of having since it’s 2016 model came out, a 2017 Mazda6, the perfect road-trip family car. Thankfully, I found AutoHub’s car financing. The reviews were positive enough, and I decided to try my luck. Lo and behold, I eventually got the car that my family needed, though a used car, it’s been working great

I needed to find a good suv for winter and Paul made sure to get me the best deal on my q5 and was very easy to deal with and made my experience stress free.

A word about their dealer fees
I didn't buy a car from Auto Hub yet. But I was there on Sat. Feb 16 looking at a 2017 BMW X3. They have one for $21,690. A BMW dealer has a 2016 X3 (not Certified Pre Owned) for literally $4300. more. In quoting me the "complete" price, Auto Hub added $1990 in dealer fees. At first, I was in shock but then I realized they had put 4 brand new Bridgestone Run Flat tires on the car (they cost at least $250 each). The BMW dealer's vehicle had tires that would need to be replaced in the near future - so their car would cost $26,990 plus their fees. Meanwhile the condition of the Auto Hub car is top notch. I still may buy the car if they can trim some of the fees - but at least $1000. of the fee was certainly justified, in my mind, and a better deal than at the BMW dealer.

Loved the car, Got good Value but Beware of Fees
Hey Everyone, I just purchased a Pearl White 2015 Nissan Altima S with 29,500 miles for $10,609 from this dealership two days ago. The car has no accidents, it is almost so close to being perfect or just like brand new. I checked the carfax prior to going to the dealer. I am very happy with the car. My experience at the dealership, Everyone was very helpful. I walked in and was greeted by Angela at the front desk, she promptly got me in touch with my salesperson Brandon who I had spoken to over the phone the night prior. The process was pretty quick, The Finance guy in the back was very knowledgeable, friendly and got us on the road fast. What I really didn't like about this dealership was when I called and spoke with Brandon I asked what were the fees associated with purchasing this car. I was told state tax, registration, tags, Title, and a doc fee. I was okay with the doc fee because it expected since this is not my first Rodeo. I used to sell cars about a decade ago. So I ran my numbers prior to walking in. Then I am told about a $1999 Dealer Prep Fee which almost killed the deal because it was NEVER Mentioned to me over the phone. I felt lied to and I have walked out of other dealerships because they did this $4500 over what I walked in expecting to pay. I negotiated the price of the Dealer Prep fee or I'd walk out again. I only bought the vehicle because it was just under what KBB stated it was wort as a Private Party. I NEVER pay Retail. I would have respected them more if the ad noted a $1999 dealer prep fee and just be honest. All in All, I'd buy another car there and all the cars looked awesome and I love my decision to purchase this vehicle. I believe I still got good value. I Just don't like being lied to or holding information. I shopped around and the only reason I bought it was because I fully inspected the vehicle before even talking to the sales rep, I know what to look for. I would have given 5 stars if I was told everything up front. Just expect to pay a Dealer Prep fee of about $2000 before going in. I read the reviews on this place prior to even calling about the car. This is why I called first.... Just be upfront and honest. No one likes surprises...

Watch out for the warranty
Holding off until my attorney says I can say what happened. But what I can say is ask for a copy of EVERYTHING YOU SIGN and do not believe Mike (the finance manager when he talks about WARRANTY)

Thanks, guys
As a first-time car buyer, I was a little nervous about going to a dealership, primarily because of the sad stories I have heard. However, visiting AutoHub last weekend convinced me there are still sincere dealerships out there. Vehicle (2015 BMW) purchase was transparent and straightforward, thanks, guys

Amazing service
The sellers are extremely professional and make you feel very welcome and comfortable during the purchase process. I had been searching for a good pre-owned vehicle for a few months to replace my aging car. Everyone I worked with was courteous and in the end, I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2016 Mazda 6. I've been driving my Mazda for a week and couldn't be happier! Overall excellent customer service and experience! Thank you again!
