Coastal Kia

I've had my car serviced here at least 1/2 dozen times never had a bad experience. Greeted by I believe his name is Howard, he takes his time explaining everything and gives an honest wait time. Will continue to have my car served at Kia.

Coastal Kia was super. Jan, Josh, Uber and Tyler were all thorough, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I was very happy with the car buying process from start to end. I highly recommend Coastal Kia, and best of all we love our new hybrid vehicle. It's also nice knowing we have a 10 year 100k mile warranty, the vehicle gets over 50 mpg, and that Kia was #1 with JD Power in reliability & quality for major car manufacturers. Another great experience at Coastal Kia; the sixth such appointment, which was apropos considering it was there that I purchased my sixth-in-a-row Kia! Bob Tomlin greeted me at the door, making sure I was well cared for throughout, updating midway and escorting me to my chariot after. While there, had opportunity to meet a new employee: Sivon Gross, who shined out front, eager to greet and make some new customer happy. He unknowingly pulled double duty on this day, serving as a Coastal Kia ambassador and entertainer, while I enjoyed the dealership’s enthusiasm level from my “waiting bench.” Sivon regaled me with tales of sales he was able to accomplish in such a short time on the job. He agreed with me that Kias practically sell themselves. He was proud to be able to work for Pat and gladly gave ‘props’ to another salesman, Uber, who’d shone him the ropes. Gratitude and loyalty are hallmarks of Coastal!

Great experience! I did my homework for quite some time. After two visits, I was able to secure my purchase. No pressure from Salesman (that’s why I came back with a budget). My Salesperson Kelvin was great to work with. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for a exceptional experience.
