The Coastal Kia service department is the best! I've never had such friendly & attentive service from start to finish! Plus, my car was ready ahead of schedule! My service technician, Sam, kept me informed and explained everything in easy terminolgy. Dealerships have always been too pushy trying to sell extra services when they aren't necessary, and I finally didn't get that feeling here. I'll definitely be back!

The team was super friendly. However, the did not fix the issue I had come in for regarding the rubbing of the windshield wiper. I didn't realize it was not corrected until after I had left the property.
