The new Lincoln facility is top-notch, with comfortable waiting areas and well furnished. Service Dept. is running smoothly and efficiently, and I was regularly updated as to the status of my service. Only gripe is that the Lincoln Way app isn't working and hasn't been for some time now.

Very open to scheduling service and minimum delay. Turnaround time is usually same day or next, while other car shops are on at least a week wait period, before taking the car. And Roush will even take you home, within a certain distance.

I prefer to bring my vehicle back to the dealership for oil changes and any other type of service. Usually I am greeted with professionalize and really like the staff. This time I didn't feel as welcome and didn't care for the sales/customer service person. He did not seem interested in listening to what issues I had requested to be looked at during this appointment I made for the oil change even though I called a few days prior to my appointment to add my request. Instead he was happy to tell me how much extra it was going to cost to have this done. After I left him know that I called to add this to my visit and that I have the extended warranty he seemed a little put out.
