Thie visit was to repair the passenger side front seat in our new Corsair. We selected the blue interior And there was a visible ring of discoloring on the seat . The service manager ordered the material , contacted us when it was in and had the seat recovered , with no hassles.

First time I've taken my MKX to this service site....

First time I've taken my MKX to this service site. Contacted service a week prior and they were to ensure they had a warranty part for my vehicle prior to my appointment. If they couldn't get it they indicated they would call me. I drove over 50 miles to the appointment, when I got there they indicated they hadn't ordered the part! Then tried to get me to return the next day after it was ordered! Ended up having to drive to a Ford dealership near my home, have them order the part and install! Very disappointing experience at Roush Lincoln. I won't waste my time going to the dealership again!

Went to service department - called before to see if they...

Went to service department - called before to see if they could see me regarding a tire that the pressure kept going down. They told me they could see me as soon as I could get there, which was very nice. Found nail in tire and they patched. Efficient service. Thank you!

Easy no pressure. Could always wish for better price but Alan made it simple and Finance lady was quick and efficient without alot of hassle like we have had before at other dealership. We have already recommended Alan and Tom Roush.

My car was taken into the service department as soon as I arrived. The oil change and safety check was completed in less than thirty minutes. I was given a Crew Car Wash coupon at check out. Super service!

Great staff to set the expectation of the service...

Great staff to set the expectation of the service appointment upon arrival. If they say one hour. The vehicle is repaired and return within the hour they promised!
