Service was good but my only problem is NEVER receiving any rewards points since I bought my vehicle in May 2019. not happy about that. I asked Morgan about receiving points and she said she would look into it. I have had 3 oil changes and in December of 2019 you had my vehicle for over a month trying to find the problem and never received points when I bought the vehicle so hope someone will give me my points I deserve

Thanks Lisa!! By the way, my wife and I love our new Lincoln Corsair Reserve. We feel we got a top tier luxury auto for a price that far exceeded our expectations - and so did the Corsair! Wow! Wonderful service from Tom Roush service department , we have a very ill son , we have been driving a lot back and forth to the hospital, recently I looked at my service sticker and I was thousand miles past due for oil change, I have never gone past my service appts, I panicked, called my service team, explained what was going on, they were so kind , got me in that afternoon even though they were pretty busy, got me in and got me out in time to get back to the hospital, I am so great full, took a worry off my mind, I always take really good care of my Lincolns and this got away from me, but they took care of the car and they took care of me. Thanks Tom Roush!!!!
