My wife and I enjoyed the salesman ship and the non pressure of purchasing a vehicle that we could afford. My wife was very pleased with what was being shown. Soon she and I agreed. We drove the vehicle with Bill and soon left happy with our first Lincoln.

Overall a decent experience once communication got better. I did receive a loaner vehicle. There were some communication issues in the beginning. I had to continue to call to get updates for what I thought was a minor repair on a new vehicle. At one point I even had to go up to the dealership to get an update because no one was returning my calls, Hopefully my next experience is much better.
