This service event was easily scheduled and the pick up

This service event was easily scheduled and the pick up was timely. We were kept informed about when the driver would pick up our car and when they were bringing it back.

You service is very good and all the employees I meet are

You service is very good and all the employees I meet are great, especially Bill Fletcher. The only drawback is that your prices are far too high, for example $200 to change a tail light bulb on my Navigator.

I’ve done business with this dealership for 28 years; always buying new vehicles. While I may not have always wanted the make/model, it’s their customer service that’s so commendable. The staff has been FANTASTIC!

Excellent service on Westfield appointment and kept to

Excellent service on Westfield appointment and kept to schedule. AC was serviced effectively and Nick was great in his customer service and on the billing. Not knowing the line for my Lincoln, I lost line service, but was made up in the quick repair service.

Have been working with Ray Conte for years leasing and purchasing multiple vehicles. Obviously there’s a reason we continue to come back. Entire staff including service have been Friendly, efficient and always keep us informed. If and when we’re in need of a new car of course we will be calling Ray again!!!!
