All the glowing 5-star reviews are fake—staff pressure customers to rate them highly at the dealership, and I was even forced to sign a paper when I deleted a review so they could pad their ratings. I traded in my F-150 for a used 2022 Honda Pilot, expecting a reliable car with 66k miles. Two days later, I heard a loud knocking on my right tire. I returned it immediately, and they confirmed the shock was broken. Their response? They refused to cover the part, only offering to pay labor. Telling me to spend $800–$1,000 replacing a defective component on a car I just purchased for over $30k. I was repeatedly told this wasn’t a safety issue, despite the car being sold as “inspected and safe.” I spoke with multiple employees—Emmanuel and Seth in service, Ric Rodriguez in sales, and Neil Cann in service—and none would accept responsibility. This is a dealership that sells vehicles with hidden defects and refuses to stand behind them. Do not trust this place. You will likely pay thousands for hidden damages, be lied to, and deal with staff who refuse accountability. Buying from this dealership is a recipe for frustration, unnecessary expenses, and potential safety hazards. Avoid at all costs.
