Last visit was nice but they gave my car back and I drove

Last visit was nice but they gave my car back and I drove off and my car drove rough. So I turn around n brought it back, the service manager mechanic was told abut my issue n he said let's take it for a drive. But when he started it he asked me what was I hearing and what was different when drove off and I told him. So he then got out of the car opened the hood and he immediately seeing the problem, they forgot to tighten my hoses u under my hood. He said he was glad I came back, he was very nice but I forgot his name but he said he's been working there over 18yrs. Anyways until then, I've never had a problem until last visit.

The initial contact was with someone named Nigel about a

The initial contact was with someone named Nigel about a 2018 Kia Niro, the issue that bothered the most was the unnecessary lie that Mr. Nigel and this other person that who called me to tell me that the car was ready for a test drive, when in reality when I showed up it was despicable dirty. Very shady tactic to get me to come to the dealership.
