A leased vehicle for routine maintenance
With this vehicle and my previous Lexus I have always used the dealership for all of my vehicles needs. I have never had any issues with the service quality of work or professionalism of everyone within the facility.

Safety Recall service plus...
The purpose of my visit was to remedy a safety recall that was announced a year ago. Parts (fuel pump) have been unavailable until now—-perhaps COVID related? Service took longer than expected (correspondence from Lexus said “approximately two hours”) but Lexus did provide a loaner. All in all Jaime went the extra mile and expedited the work which included 15K service and state inspection. He even personally cleaned the spots on my headliner although he told me the detail shop was closed due to COVID. Well done!

Worth the Trip
I live in Houston, but travelled to Austin to buy my L/certified Lexus. They were willing to work out a much better deal than I could get in Houston, and they worked hard to meet my needs. The remote negotiation process was very easy and efficient
