Kaine did an excellent job helping me to secure a new Mustang for my wife. Your finance guy was great and easy to work with too. Service prepped the car and cleaned it up nicely for delivery.

I recently had my car serviced at Gerald Ford. As always, the service department was outstanding. They were friendly and efficient and did a great job on my vehicle. A shout-out to Oscar, one of their best. He always goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Bought a 2008 lincoln MKX They shined those tires so well less then 30 days of ownership... 4 replacement tires and an alignment. .you didnt share the whole car fax or work needed.. Single mother with children in the car ...no thanks to kyle Slow leak cost more but i can sleep at night knowing i am now safe Lost respect for Gerald ford of north aurora
