Explaining the situation of the recall. He also explained car maintenance issue I was having. Great customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful. Communication was excellent via text and phone. Wonderful experience for you first mobile service call.

Quick turnaround and the job done right! Always a great experience when I bring in my vehicles. I have closer dealers to use but always make the trip down to Gerald.

Friendly staff and affordable pricing.

Friendly staff and affordable pricing. I cannot say enough good things about my sales representative Thomas “TJ” Fredricks. He was patient, listened to my needs, kept me informed every step of the way during my truck ordering experience, took photos of my truck being unloaded for me, and went over the truck with a fine tooth comb when it was time to pick it up. He and the rest of the staff made me feel like family. I truly feel like TJ became a good friend.
