The worst sales manager in history.
The worst sales manager in history. My wife bought a certified pre-on Nissan from this dealership, and after driving away at night, the next day she noticed the driver seat had a long leather crack in it, which is not leather by the way, even though she was told it was the dealership refuses to do anything to repair or fixed the long crack in another month or two the crack will be completely open. Simon refuses to do anything regarding this issue, so my next step is New 12 Long Island and my attorney I’m just letting you know do not deal with this dealership go on Google and look at all their one star reviews. They are horrible stay away.

I have been on the phone with your claims department and Hannah ( who is useless) for two months and I’ve gotten nowhere. Yesterday she told me sorry there is nothing we can do. The car is past the 10,000 miles warranty even though it was bought certified preowned at 40,000 miles…...what a stupid answer, How dumb can you be?. I have no faith of calling you will get anything done. All I can do is let people I know understand what crooks you are and that you really don’t care about your customers, only the sale. I’m waiting to hear back From news 12

This past August I wanted to purchase a new pickup truck
This past August I wanted to purchase a new pickup truck for myself. I have been a big fan of Nissan products for years, first starting with the Sentra and eventually upgrading to the Altimas. I would always get 2 at a time—One for me and the other for my wife. A few years back we had upgraded to the Rogues. All of them were leases and great products. This past August I had wanted to upgrade to the Frontier. I had met with a great salesman named Cesar and explained everything that I had wanted (ie: options/packages). He found exactly what I had wanted and negotiated a great deal for me and I had outright purchased my 2024 Frontier Pro-4X and I couldn’t be happier. I love the truck. This past weekend I had reached out to Cesar about a particular vehicle and options I had wanted to purchase for my wife for Christmas. Once again Cesar came through on two counts this time around….one count on giving me a fantastic deal on my trade in followed up with a fantastic deal on a new 2025 Rogue Rock Creek for my wife. I can’t thank Cesar enough for all that he did for us. Everything from start to finish was a phenomenal experience from Cesar in sales to the sales manager, Shane right down to Victor in the finance department. It was smooth sailing through the entire process. Thank you all!!!

Today I went for service the service advisor Stephen
Today I went for service the service advisor Stephen Petrowski is the worst person in this Place he threatened me not to say a word about his Technician other wise he will do something to me.when I came for service he there was no check engine light on so as was done after payment I started the engine Engine light came on I went to service advisor to ask him he got furious and started Threatening me not to ask his Technician name found out how this light came. Never ever go this service center in Bayshore Nasty even at the cashier desk they don’t even say ThankYou.
