Received a email for a discount oil change for 29.99. Made appointment was refused the discount. No reason why the refusal. Left not giving this place my business.

The dealership lead by the arrogant GM should be avoided

The dealership lead by the arrogant GM should be avoided at all costs. The GM after he stated his salesman was wrong on the pricing and raised it 10k threatened that he had my financial information and I should be careful. Run away as fast as you can. It no wonder not I customer there

I had an amazing experience with Andy, my service

I had an amazing experience with Andy, my service advisor, and Jeff, the technician. They recently replaced my alternator, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Andy was professional, communicative, and made sure I understood everything about the repair. Jeff did a fantastic job with the installation—efficient, skilled, and thorough. My car is running perfectly thanks to their expertise. I truly appreciate their honesty and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend Bayshore Nissan and them for any automotive needs!

Disappointed in Nissan of Bay Shore service department.

Disappointed in Nissan of Bay Shore service department. My transmission was replaced in 2022, covered by my warranty, I paid $100 out of pocket. Beginning of 2025, I noticed my car making loud noises when I would brake. I had my father take it to a local mechanic, they told him whoever replaced my transmission, used defective parts. I took it back to Nissan of Bay Shore, they confirmed that the noise is coming from my transmission, and the parts that were used were defective. My warranty was only going to cover $1,200 and Nissan had to pay the difference (total cost of transmission around $6,000). Nissan did not cover the rest of this for me. I contacted Nissan Consumer of Affairs to make a complaint against the dealership, unfortunately, they decided to not take the complaint. Nissan had my car for over two weeks and when I went to pick up the car, my car was in the same condition as when I dropped off the car to Service. The only good thing about the situation was I was given a loaner car, and the Service Advisor, Stephen was great at communicating with my father and I and was very friendly, but still, my car was not fixed in the end. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my car, the service advisor (didn’t get her name) that was working had the nerve to ask me to sign a form acknowledging the “service” that was done to my car, which was basically nothing, not even a complimentary car wash. Highly disappointed in this dealership and I hope whoever is reading this, thinks twice about purchasing a vehicle/ having a major service job done at this dealership.

I have never seen someone work as hard as Henry.

I have never seen someone work as hard as Henry. He worked endlessly and tirelessly, accommodated to my schedule and my needs and made this the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car! This is my second car from Henry… I will recommend this dealer and Henry to all friends and family! Thank you for all of the hard work and getting me in a new car in the situation I am in, Henry is a professional, the staff is friendly and welcoming amazing customer service and the best pricing you can find! I can’t say enough about Nissan of Bay Shore.

I can’t say enough about Nissan of Bay Shore. Both Cesar and Shane helped me get the best car that fits all my needs and then some. Their whole staff is very professional and courteous from beginning to end and even helped me bring my rental back to enterprise. They worked with me and got me the best deal I have ever gotten in all of my years leasing cars, I’m just upset I didn’t come to see them before. From now on Nissan of Bay Shore, Cesar and Shane will be the only people I want to lease my cars from. Thank you guys.

Please stay away from this dealership at all costs. Bought a certified preowned car at night the next morning noticed the driver seat ripped dealership not willing to do anything. Spoke to Corporate escalated the claim still not willing to do anything. Nissan said sorry your body used car that’s what you get. I’m just letting you know they suck especially The dealership Nissan of Bayshore avoid please.
