Good customer service.

Good customer service. Didn?t expect to need an alignment and new air filter/cabin filter but glad I got them. Car only has 19000 miles and I purchased with 11000.

All maintenance done very well. Everything handled well by my advisor Mark. The waiting area and free coffee is really nice. But The comment form should not impose a 25 word minimum.

They replaced a recalled fuel pump. So, I can't see what they did, but the transportation service, the timing and the agent helping were very good.

The wheels were not checked properly.

The wheels were not checked properly. A few miles after leaving the service, the light came on the dashboard. I had to stop to add air in the tire. This light did not show prior to the service.

I purchased my new 2025 car in the evening and the next

I purchased my new 2025 car in the evening and the next morning noticed some scratches and a chip in the paint. One of the scratches was pretty deep. When I called my salesperson, I thought I would be told there was no way to prove I didn?t make the scratches. That didn?t happen. Anthony was amazing and told me to bring it back. I dropped it off and I heard from Anthony several times on the progress. One of the updates was that the car was going to a body shop. To my surprise, it was worked on right away and returned to me two days before expected!
