Very nice facility, friendly staff.

Very nice facility, friendly staff. Only took 45 minutes for my oil change with out appointment. My over all experience was very good. This is all I have to say.

Large nice waiting area.

Large nice waiting area. All service advisors are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I hope to continue a relaxed atmosphere for service advisors and clients to have more high ratings.

I had the worst experience I have ever had here.

I had the worst experience I have ever had here. Mark Alvarado needs customer service training. He did not check me in or speak to me while I was getting my car serviced even though my appointment was with him. Luckily your other employees helped check me in and find Mark after he TEXTED me that my car was done even though I was in the waiting room the whole time. On my paperwork Mark said I declined service which is not true because he never talked to me until check out. He was rude and said you guys were short staffed which I waited there the whole time every other employee came and talked with their customers but not Mark Alvarado. He also sent and email about an hour after I left saying I missed my appointment. Which I did not. That was not the first time I have had an issue with him but after this experience I had to say something. Please is there any way that he could never assist me again.

The facility was clean.

The facility was clean...comfortable waiting area Tiffany was my service adviser, and she was pleasant, courteous, pointed out a snack area, and kept me updated on the status of the work being done to my car. A very good experience.

Great service in half the estimated time. Work is always of the highest quality. The service representatives are extremely knowledgeable of the service required. The lounge area is very comfortable.
