We bought a 2023 Ford Explorer ST last month at Autolocity. We had a great experience. They had excellent Customer Service and were very friendly. The car was a great price. They were also able to help us find the car that met our needs and answer any questions we had. They were very quick with the paper work and got us on our way. This is the 2nd car we've purchased from Autolocity. We will definitely purchase from them again.

I live in sun valley Idaho, over the years I have purchased 5 cans online. I had my best experience with this last purchased from autolocity.. JOE the salesman and their financial manager were great to work with. The car arrived in excellent condition, even the young man that delivered it was very nice, everything was handled very professional. I would purchase another car from them and highly recommend this auto business to anyone who is looking for a good deal.. THANKS JOE

Don't trust their inspections. I bought a 2021 dodge truck. They provided me one that showed all systems green lighted. Ended up having a rear mail oil seal leak right off the lot and ABS codes they had cleared without telling me. I had never bought from a dealership before but was hopeful that their having an in house team would save me all the hassle of independent inspections as I was out of state. Generally I know never to trust the person selling you the car, but I had hoped. They refused to fix it. Sometimes you have to relearn a lesson. Don't trust this dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE xxxxxxxx I bought a truck and it blew up a month into owning it. Lied about the warranty. Lied about the reliability. These people are rats looking for a paycheck.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They promised to refund my deposit but never followed through, even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue. The lack of integrity here is shocking. They were extremely pushy throughout the process, making me feel pressured to make decisions on the spot. Worse yet, they tried to hide issues with their vehicles, downplaying serious problems and pretending everything was fine. I wouldn’t trust them at all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where honesty and customer service actually matter.

This business is dishonest. Tagged on $3299 for a warranty I wasn't asked if I wanted or not, wasn't told anything about being charged for it. Tagged on $600 for a GPS system that I was told nothing about. Their response was it is my fault because I didn't notice it in the paperwork. They also told me the car had only had to get it's bumper replaced when in fact the car had the driver seat airbag go off and had to be replaced. DO NOT GO HERE! They will not tell you and then blame it on you.

An amazing dealership. I called and was accommodated asap on the vehicle i was interested in. I was able to get a great deal along with amazing service.

Joey Jewkes was a very helpful, honest, and straightforward salesperson. He helped me to find a car I scoped out on Ksl that was in my price range. The pricing was great and the vehicle was very clean. I appreciated that they gave me a car fax report and filled the gas tank. I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions and was a very positive experience compared with others I've had in the past.
