Great time and No hassles by Phillip Gamble from Manassas Park, Va. | April 3, 2015 My salesman at Easterm Motors in Manassas was Mr. Keith Harrison and everything went very smoothly and I had no hassles with the purchases of the 2013 Nissan Altima. He was very knowledgable and patient with my choices and details I had to work out before buying the car. He presented various options and alternatives until I selected the Altima. Very good experience
I just bought a 2012 honda civic from Easterns of Manassas location for my wife, we love the car, the salesperson Norman was helpful and friendly as well as Eli the general manager who did work with my financial situation , I highly recommend Easterns to everyone.

Truly Great Customer Service
Mike really was true to his word. He was able to get me qualified for a late model quality car even with bad credit. He was upfront and honest about expectations and did not offer the usual slick car salesman approach. The whole team there exceeded my expectations in buying a used car. I recommend Mike to anyone needing a quality honest deal.

GREAT SALESMENSHIP!!!!
My experience at Easterns was great. Mr. Samuel Frempong was excellent!!! My credit wasn't the best and he worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted. I couldn't make up my mind at first but he was so patient with me and he truly cared about the situation I was in. I was very indecisive and went back and forth changed my mind on what I wanted and he was so calm an tenacious with me throughythe entire process. I normally do not like salesmen but he really changed my mind. He wasn't out to just sale me a car but to really assist me in getting "my car"!!! I've never experienced that before. I will most definitely refer my friends to him as well go to him in the future!!

Professional staff and overall great experience
I must admit I am a piece of work especially when it comes to salesman and finance folks but I have to admit it was a pleasure working with Mike Habte (salesman) and Eli Copty (general manger) as well as the finance team who made this transaction as seamless as possible. Mike was very personable and enjoyable to talk with and assured me coming in the door that he would take good care of me. Neither Mike or Eli applied any pressure to make a sale or rush me throughout the entire process. Mike and Eli are a powerful team who works extremely hard to satisfy the customer. What they did for me with trading my vehicle and the financing was magical. I absolutely love my Mercedes Benz E-Class 350 Sport.
