My experience at Eastern Automotive Group in Manassas was excellent and the dealer helped me out a lot with all my questions. he made me feel welcome and the Eastern Automotive Group had a large selection of cars. I recommend my family and my friends to this location. But all the credit need to go to the young gentleman that helped me and was able to answer all my questions.

I purchased my car on 3/7/15 and it was overall a great experience. Mike was the sales representative that helped me and he made sure to take care of all of my car buying needs. Came to Easterns on a Saturday not expecting to buy a vehicle that evening (because I was just in a car accident and my loan hadnt shown "paid off" an it wasnt going to until the upcoming Tuesday). Greg Steele gave me nothing but super customer service! I work in a industry where customer service is #1 and he blew me away! he managed to put me into the vehicle I wanted with low payments and a low interest rate and he listened to my needs and concerns!. I had a very nice experience with the salesman Danny..he was very informative. I waited hrs for a decision...nobody showed me any vehicles or worked with me..finally ...the Manager says I will be making 400 something pymts. Monthly...I'm on disability... I cannot afford 400 something a month. I also had a trade-in..I said I couldn't afford that amt.. does he have anything lower.. mind you I've never got to look at any cars... He said I could keep my van. And he said I'm not going to get anything decent lower.. he dismissed me and looked at me like I was lower than dirt and like I was just a waste of his time...I left out of there crying..he totally humiliated me.. I know I shouldn't let him bother me.. because I did get a nice decent car that day at another dealership who treated me with respect and were very helpful.. and I came out with warranties a car and a smile....(not a smirk)

Walked in with a budget, a number of car doors, and 2.5 hours before I had to pick up my kids. Got thru everything without much hassle with time to spare. Guys hustled and seemed motivated. Good stuff.

After going all over I'm glad my mom said you should go to eastern motors. This was the best Experience I had getting a car and I will definitely Recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car

Had a great experience buying a pre owned used car From Eastern's in Manassas. Mike Habte worked with me from day one helping us get pre approval and going through the listings of available cars. My wife and I time schedule is busy, so trying to find time to be onsite to do this was hard, so Mike worked allot of it remotely for me to help my schedule. Once we had found the car we wanted, Mike scheduled it for us and assured us if it was the car for us, then the process would go smoothly, which it did. I can say how pleased my wife and I where with how smooth the process was as was told. Would definitely recommend going back for my next car and using Mike for the sale. John

I went in knowing what I wanted and Samuel was more than happy to, not only, pre-approve, but, collect all paperwork, test drive and have my loan processed that I was in and out in under 3 hours (as was my goal) with my 2 year old in tow!!My credit was bad but I am a mom of 4 and needed a bigger vehicle and Easterns did exactly what all their advertisements promised. I was nervous that I'd go in and find 100 yards of fine print and reasons why I didn't qualify....that just WASN'T the case. Thanks Easterns!!
