My credit is less than great...well, let's be honest, it is pretty terrible...Samuel and Sean were both ready and willing to work with me to find me an affordable loan and make sure that I drove off the lot that day with a new (to me) car. Samuel listened to everything that I was looking for an took me through the lot to find what I wanted. I felt no pressure to buy anything and felt that my needs and wants were what was important. While we were driving cars, Sean was inside figuring out how to get me a loan that I could afford to pay. I got a great deal with an affordable payment. These guys got me out of my 1991 Volvo into a 2014 Jeep...A dream come true.

I had a very good experience at Eastern in Manassas . Samuel (Sales) and Ben (Finance) were great. I have been telling everyone about them. They were extremely Professional and Courteous. I couldn't decide if I wanted the Mercedes ML or the E350; Samuel was very patient with me. Ben was very clear and concise. They went our of their way to get a vehicle over to Manassas so that I could be clear on which vehicle I wanted. On Tues.09/09/11, I went to Eastern Motors in Manassas looking for a car. I got there at 10:00 am and was met by Mr. Bandon Johnson. By 12:00 noon I was leaving the lot in my new car. I was impressed with the service and If you really want a car, I recommend that you go there first.

My experience with Eastern motors was great. When searching for vehicles they are my first choice. Charles aka Chas, was very patient and understanding. He helped me to get the vehicle of my choice, along with Sean. Sean worked hard to get me approved. It took a while, they were GREAT!! Along with Caroline. I was the last customer of the day. They worked well together. Chas even followed up with me the next day to see if everything was okay with the car. Great customer service
