Easy, No Pressure Sale

Samuel was hands down the best salesman I've worked with through all of my car shopping experiences. He was very receptive to my needs and I felt comfortable communicating with him. He was professional and courteous at all times. The finance team was great as well and I was able to make a well-informed purchase. I will certainly recommend Samuel and Easterns to family members in the market for a new vehicle.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE !!!!

I came in as a first time buyer. I was greeted very well by all the staff. Then, I was assigned the "SUPERSTAR" Cory Cooper. I explained to him my situation and, that I was very nervous. But, he assured me that, I was in good hands. He made the overall experience easy, fun, and wonderful. That was one of the best experiences of my life and, I have a GREAT CAR!!!! Samuel is one of the best Sales Consultants I've ever worked with! He was very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. He made me feel like I'd known him for years. Great Service

I came in and Mr. Frempong greeted me and asked how could he help me. I let him know I have a truck I could not keep putting money into. Long story short he successfully helped me select my first major purchase a 2011 Nissan Altima!! Im very satisfied with the service from all the employees at Eastens of Manassas.

When I went to Samuel he was very friendly from the start. He sat down and explained the hole process to me,then he gave me a test drive in a couple of cars and I chose a Honda accord. Then he explained what I would be paying per month and how to save money in the long run. Also he helped me with getting INS and tax and tags.I thought his customer service was outstanding.
