Not good customer service

I bought a car an not even a floor mat i dont get in the car an each time i call them they say they order it so i would like to know ow for that floor mat is coming from an its almost 2 months now i bought my car from them.

If you need a car come here, they will try there best to help you out with finding the right car. And will work with you no matter what kind of credit you have

Excellent Customer Service

My family visited the Eastern Motors dealership and was greeted and with the upmost respect by the sales representative Mr Carter. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in. Mr. Carter showed patience during our time that we spent in his care and calmed our hesitation as we were making a major decision. Good, Friendly, Fast

Friendly staff. Very quick service. These guys really move. Not in a way to rush you but to process your info. Things went smooth and staff was willing to work with me. Good use of technology email and electronics to process information.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service and a Happy Customer!!!

TJ Ellis was extremely welcoming when I arrived to this location with my sister and greeted us. I was also greeted by finance manager Danny Nguyen who remembered me from a previous visit in checking out the vehicles there. TJ listened to my needs and also my wants. TJ worked with me diligently throughout the process and the very end. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was aware of the various features the car offers. TJ is an excellent salesman and he listens to his customers which I appreciated. He was very attentive, patient, friendly, and funny during the process.
