Lacking Ethics/Integrity

I’ve purchased multiple new BMWs and thought I would try the new dealer in town for my next X5. I found the Sales people at Arrowhead BMW have little knowledge about BMW vehicles, and will say just about anything to try and get a sale. Given the lack of ethics/integrity, I strongly recommend staying away!

Best experience yet!

Wanted to trade my vehicle in on a car, they not only surpassed the offer I was given elsewhere, but went above and beyond in all aspects. Matt had the answers to all my questions. Emily was super easy with financing. After the process was done, it seemed like half the employees shook my hand and said congratulations.

60 days ago we purchased a new BMW X3 and a low mileage 2014 Jeep Cherokee today a new 2018 BMW X2. Our first experience was shopping for a secondary used car and ended up with the X3 too. Today, the new 2018 for my wife. Every part of doing business with them was the best experience we have ever had buying cars. If your experience is not the same as ours, call Kalei Dudoit the GM or one one the SM Matt Taylor, or better yet ask for one of them right away. They want to earn your business. Also, on top of that, the coolest dealership I have ever been in.

BMW Amazing Experience!!

I walked in cold off the street and was greeted by Michael Gelbert, Client Advisor. I didn’t really intend on purchasing a vehicle..but I DID!! It was such an easygoing pleasant experience. I really enjoyed all of the salesmen and the managers. I felt like I was in good hands and good company immediately. Arrowhead BMW is stellar and I would recommend Michael and the entire crew to anyone interested in an amazing BMW purchasing and driving experience! My X3 is a dream!! 100% better then my last X3!! Definitely the ultimate driving machine!! Thank you to everyone, even financing at Arrowhead was seamless and stress free.

Mike is the best guy to buy any car from

I just went to see some cars since i was passing by the Arrowhead BMW dealership and I met this gentleman Mike who warmly welcomed me on a AZ summer day and immediately offered us cold water to cool down a bit without even bothering us with typical salesmanship. The interaction started and he nicely gave all the information that i was seeking and finally went ahead buying a car from him. Thank you Mike.

Wonderful staff

The entire car buying experience was very relaxed. The "team" at Arrowhead BMW personified the phrase "easy to do business with". This applied to the entire staff we encountered: internet department, sales personnel, finance and "genius" personnel.

Great Dealership with great staff and a beautiful building!

Whenever I have to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, I dread the experience. There are so many of the classic cliche salesman out there that do not take an interest in the customer, they only care, "what do I have to say to get you into this car today?" My experience with the sales staff at Arrowhead BMW was everything you would expect from a high end dealership. Excellent customer service, respect for my time and a great car at a fair and competitive price. I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex Limited. The salesman, Michael Gelbert greeted my wife and I right away and immediately we were at ease with his friendly and professional approach. We were shown the vehicle and it's features were expertly demonstrated. When it came to evaluating our trade the Sales Manager took an interest, not a position to make the numbers work for us. I will not hesitate to refer any family or friends to Arrowhead BMW to purchase a new or used car.

Horrible customer service

Where do I begin, had a loaner with this BMW dealership, upon returned asked the lot attendant if everything was good before I left and he said yes, I left and then I’m being contact by the service Felix that there is a chip In the windshield either I can pay $65 get it fixed or go through my personal insurance, not knowing that I had glass deductible of $500. Then I called and told Felix that go ahead and fixed the chip I will pay the $65. Then he informs me saying oh it’s a crack now not a chip. They keep changing their words from chip to crack. Spoke to the service director name Daren. Nothing happened, I know how rental car or loaner car works, once the customer leaves the lot and was not informed anything it shouldn’t be customers responsibility afterwards. I highly suggest Arrowhead BMW to educate their staff on how things are done. That was the last time I will go to Arrowhead BMW. I will return back to Camelback BMW at least they’re honest and get to you and pay attention to you while your still in their Lot. Once again Educate your employees on things that needs to be done. Otherwise you’ll lose more valued customers.

Great experience!

The team at Arrowhead is fantastic! I won a 2 year lease in a raffle but wasn’t sure I was going to take it as I had just recently purchased a car. They patiently waited and worked with me to do what made sense. I ended up taking the lease and am glad I did! The car runs so smoothly and is a joy to drive. Bailey and the rest of the team we’re great to work with.
