The team at Arrowhead is fantastic! I won a 2 year lease in a raffle but wasn’t sure I was going to take it as I had just recently purchased a car. They patiently waited and worked with me to do what made sense. I ended up taking the lease and am glad I did! The car runs so smoothly and is a joy to drive. Bailey and the rest of the team we’re great to work with.

Arrowhead BMW has been the best dealership I have ever bought a car from! This was my 3rd BMW I have purchased and Arrowhead BMW made the process so easy. The process was quick, easy, and they made sure to get me the best deal. If you go in ask for Randy Bird. He made me feel very welcomed and never pressured into anything. Jennifer Holiski was also such a big help, she made sure to go over all of the final paperwork with me and made sure I understood what I was signing. Being a woman and buying a car can be a very unpleasant and intimidating experience, but at Arrowhead I never felt that. So if you are the market for a new car I highly recommend this dealership! Car buying thank goodness is not what it used to be. Long gone are the days of feeling slimmed by archaic sales tactics that have you wondering how you ended up spending more than you wanted for a vehicle that doesn’t fit what you were even looking for. At BMW Arrowhead, from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Phoenicia, consulted with her sales manager after we’d made our selection and then finished up with Emily Stratton in their finance department and drove away in our new, preowned car, I can honestly say was a pleasure. I week later, still struggling with figuring out all the bells and whistles this awesome driving machine offers I am going back to get some tutelage from one of their genius team members. I really cant say enough about the team BMW employs at the Arrowhead location. We had a fairly narrow list to work with in what we were looking for. Phoenicia listened, delivered three vehicles that fit within the parameters that we requested and helped us sort through the differences without trying to upsale or push us in any other direction to meet any quotas or sales agendas she might have had. It doesn’t hurt that the quality of these vehicles sell themselves. But for a truly painless, actually enjoyable buying experience, hands down BMW Arrowhead is the place to go for straightforward, knowledgeable, informative staff who seem to have no agenda other than providing you with exactly what you are looking for!

Our client Advisor was Matt Limburg and it was obvious he knows his vehicles and the dealership well. We were looking for a previously owned vehicle we gave him our requirements. He found us the perfect vehicle at a great price and walked us through the car and the process like an expert. He was never pushy and always helpful. Ask for him. Had a great experience buying a used 2016 Jeep Cherokee here. I was treated like I was buying a new BMW and even the negotiating was straightforward and in the end very accommodating. Matt and Scotty worked at making me feel comfortable with the car buying experience and there was never any pressure. During my purchase my finance manager walked me through my options again with no pressure, got me a great rate, and scanned all the paperwork onto a flash drive for me. They detailed the Cherokee and pulled it into an auto lounge on the inside of the business where I could be in a climate controlled area looking over and eventually driving off in my new used SUV. It was a great car buying experience and I would recommend buying a car here even if you’re not buying a BMW.
