I went to the dealership on Saturday and my mom Terri Connally was absolutely the best!! Got a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and absolutely in love with it. My payments were going to be high. After working some magic with Wright Patt, Alan Chess got my payments $200 cheaper monthly. Anyone who is looking at getting a car go see my second mom Terri Connally and Alan Chess. I went with my big brother to see if I could be approved for a used Honda Civic. Terri warmly welcomed us at the door and offered us something to drink. The car I wanted to see was in the process of being detailed as it was a new arrival so she pulled up a similar car for me. She was so kind, and gave me some helpful tips for it being my first time purchasing from a dealership. I cannot say enough great things about her and the rest of the team there!! Also, she’s extremely funny!! It definitely made me feel more at ease knowing that she and everyone else there is laid back and very personable. They all have a great attitude and are happy to help answer any questions you have. I’m happy to say I bought my civic there last night and if I need to buy another car in the future I am definitely coming back! I recommend Terri 10/10!

Was in contact with sales to pull car around for a test drive. I called prior to driving there with a time of appointment. Sales told me they would pull car to front for my test drive as I was on my way. Drove to Troy & when I arrived sales told me that someone visiting dealership saw car. He have them my appointment & then asked for me to wait. They sold car from under my nose! What terrible service. Never go there
