Waste of my time
I contacted this dealer about coming to see a truck and scheduled an appointment. I chatted with one of their online specialists over the course of the day, even receiving additional pictures. They were aware I would be driving an hour and a half to see this truck and would be paying cash if I liked the truck. I was told upon arrival that someone else was test driving the truck and that somehow appointments were double booked and that if they decided not to buy it that I could then purchase the truck. I was asked to sit and wait for them to return. I waited 40 minutes for no one to show up from their test drive of the truck I drove 70 miles to see. I was updated once during this time with, they’re on their way back. Upon walking out of the dealer I was told to have a nice night. Then when I was almost to my vehicle the salesman asked if I was leaving. I will not be buying a vehicle from this dealer ever, nor would I have purchased the truck I drove to see if it had even showed up.

Drove an hour and ten minutes to Arbogast Ford after talking with them before i left and they sold the truck 15 minutes before i arrived...will never be a customer of Arbogast anything.

One lie after another, no title after 3 months
Lied to by the salesman and the sales manager. After weeks of not getting a title I drove and spoke with the sales manager who said the title was mailed an hour ago. It's now been 3 months with no title. Avoid at all cost.

We spent some time at Arbogast on Thursday evening. My son and I were welcomed in by Chris Todd. He had the car up front, with a reserved sign with his name on it and all cleaned and ready to test drive. His professionalism, his care and heart of truly listening to us as customers and going above and beyond for us is truly appreciated. We did not end up buying the car there. They just didn’t have the one my son had his heart set on, but we would highly recommend this dealership and Chris as well. Everyone we met that night, was nothing but professional, welcoming and caring. Also, when I told him we were not going to purchase the vehicle, he sincerely wished us the best and said he was glad he got exactly what he was looking for. Thank you for all your efforts and trying to help us.

So my wife and I recently picked up a used CRV from Arbogast Ford, and we were quickly greeted by a member of the staff, Chris Todd, who made the process much easier. The car was sold as is, and unfortunately we had a check engine light after a couple of days. Normally this situation would be very frustrating, but Chris did his best and scheduled a free diagnosis and afterwards, we were told that two issues needed taken care of. If it weren’t for his excellent attitude and concern for others we could have had to pay 700 dollars for repairs! But he knocked it nearly in half! And a few days after the repair he contacted to make sure everything was going smoothly with the vehicle. Other dealerships should strive to find their “Chris” because his attitude and work ethic are “one for the books” and helped me feel more comfortable going back for more business! Plus, free car washes!
