Bad Experience - Used Car Salesmanship

Went in to look at a used Jeep. Took it for a test drive. Came back in to work out a price and the sales rep did not seem interested in talking to us and spent more time with other customers while they were 'working numbers'. I offered a price and the sales rep told me that they had very little room to negotiate on that car (of course) and that's all he could do....just a couple hundred dollars. There was no negotiations at all, so we left immediately, Less than 4 days later, they lowered the price by $500. What a joke. We are out of town buyers, but will never be returning to this place.

New vehicle purchased

We went in to look at new vehicles and the sales team was great! They had to search to find the vehicle wanted and had it to us in 2 days. They Kept us informed on what was happening everyday! Great groups of people!!

Best place around

Best Kia Dealership

This is the best place to buy a New or Pre-Owned Kia. The team there is very knowledgeable about the product and seem to really care about the customer and not just selling a car. I would never purchase a Kia from any other dealership.

oil change and tire rotations

I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. I then was told I needed several additional fixes. totaling about $500 all together. But the worst part is when I got home I looked at the tires and they had not been rotated at all. We have a rim that had some marks on it and it was still on at that area of the car. Very disappointed, not only was I there for an hour the work wasn't done. I will be contacting Kia Corporation.
